10.2 WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10.3 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR MISSING DATA DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

10.4 YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA AND USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12.1 You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12.2 We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice.

12.4 You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.
