  • Google Workspace and Google Calendar
  • Payment processors
  • Communication providers
  • Other integrations that you explicitly connect to GoPet AI

We only access information necessary to provide the functionality associated with the integration and subject to the permissions you authorize.

2. Google Workspace API Data

2.1 Google Calendar Integration

GoPet AI allows users to connect Google Calendar to synchronize relevant GoPet AI scheduling information with their Google Calendar.

When you authorize the Google Calendar integration, GoPet AI may access Google Calendar data permitted by the OAuth permissions you grant.

We use Google Workspace API data only to provide and improve the Google Calendar synchronization functionality requested by you.

For example, Google Calendar data may be used to create, update, or delete calendar events associated with your GoPet AI bookings and appointments.

2.2 Limited Use Compliance

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

GoPet AI does not use Google Workspace API data to:

  • Create, train, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models
  • Train or improve AI or machine learning models for purposes unrelated to the specific Google Calendar functionality requested by the user
  • Sell Google Workspace API data
  • Serve advertising using Google Workspace API data
  • Use Google Workspace API data for targeted, personalized, or interest-based advertising

  • Determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility
  • Create permanent databases of Google Workspace user data for unrelated purposes

Google Workspace API data is not used as general-purpose training data for GoPet AI's AI systems.

2.3 Google Data and Third-Party AI Services

Google Workspace API data is not provided to GoPet AI's third-party AI/ML providers, including OpenAI or Anthropic, for generalized model training, model improvement, or development.

Google Workspace API data is kept separate from data used for GoPet AI's general AI features.

Where a transfer of Google Workspace API data is necessary to provide the specific Google Calendar functionality requested by the user, the transfer is limited to that functionality and is subject to applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.

2.4 Human Access to Google Data

GoPet AI does not permit employees or contractors to routinely read Google Workspace API data.

Human access may occur only where permitted by applicable law and Google's policies, including where necessary:

  • To investigate security incidents or abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations;
  • Where the user has provided appropriate explicit consent; or
  • Where data has been appropriately aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal purposes

2.5 Google Calendar Credentials and Tokens

GoPet AI may securely store authentication credentials or access tokens necessary to maintain the Google Calendar integration.

These credentials are used solely to maintain the authorized integration.

When you disconnect Google Calendar from GoPet AI, we will revoke or delete stored authentication information associated with the integration where technically applicable.

Google Calendar data is not retained longer than necessary to provide the authorized integration, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, and technical requirements.

2.6 Revoking Google Access

You may disconnect Google Calendar from GoPet AI through the applicable Platform settings.

You may also revoke GoPet AI's access through your Google Account settings.

After access is revoked, GoPet AI will no longer obtain new Google Calendar data through the revoked authorization.

AI-Powered Features

GoPet AI offers AI-powered features that may assist with tasks such as content generation, recommendations, analysis, customer communication, and other functionality available through the Platform.

Where AI processing is used, we limit the information sent for a particular AI feature to information reasonably necessary to provide that feature.

Google Workspace API data is excluded from generalized AI model training and improvement and is handled according to the Google Workspace API section of this Privacy Policy.

4. AI and Machine Learning

GoPet AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide certain Platform features.

Depending on the feature, AI processing may be used for:

  • Generating or assisting with content
  • Customer communication
  • Pet care-related recommendations
  • Summarization
  • Analysis
  • Automation
  • Other AI-powered functionality explicitly provided through the Platform

We may use third-party AI service providers to provide certain AI functionality.

GoPet AI does not use Google Workspace API data to train, develop, or improve generalized or foundational AI/ML models.

This restriction applies to Google Workspace API data received directly from Google as well as data derived from such information.

Google Workspace Data

Google Workspace API data is subject to additional restrictions described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.

Google Workspace API data is not transferred to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, generalized AI training, or other purposes prohibited by Google's policies.

6. Payments

GoPet AI Subscription Billing

GoPet AI uses Stripe to process subscription payments for access to the Platform. Depending on the payment method used, Stripe may collect and process payment card information, billing information, and transaction information directly.

GoPet AI generally does not store complete payment card numbers.

Merchant Payment Processing

Businesses using GoPet AI ("merchants") may connect their own Stripe account to accept payments from their customers for bookings, services, and products. In this case, the merchant, not GoPet AI, is the party collecting and processing their customers' payments, and payment card information is handled directly between the merchant's customer and Stripe under Stripe's own privacy and security practices. GoPet AI does not receive or store complete payment card numbers processed through a merchant's connected Stripe account.

Payment processors process payment information according to their own privacy policies and applicable security requirements.

7. Analytics and Aggregated Information

We may collect and analyze information about Platform usage to understand performance, diagnose problems, improve user experience, and operate the Platform.

Where we use aggregated or anonymized information, we take reasonable measures designed to prevent the information from identifying individual users.

Google Workspace API data is not included in generalized analytics, advertising profiles, or unrelated research datasets except where such use is expressly permitted under Google's applicable policies.

8. Information Sharing

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payments, communications, analytics, security, customer support, and AI processing.

Business Transfers

If GoPet AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and required privacy protections.

Any transfer of Google Workspace API data in connection with a business transaction will be handled only as permitted by applicable Google policies and after obtaining any consent required by those policies.

Advertising

GoPet AI does not sell Google Workspace API data and does not use Google Workspace API data for advertising.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

11. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your GoPet AI account and associated personal information.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete information that we are not required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups before being automatically deleted according to our backup-retention procedures.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites and services.

Those third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by GoPet AI and does not govern third-party services that operate independently.
